On April 1, 2013, ISDA’s Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee for the Americas resolved that a Credit Event occurred in respect of various Dex One Corporation and SuperMedia Inc. affiliates on March 18, 2013. On April 2, 2013, Markit Group Limited announced that the Markit LCDX dealers voted to hold an auction for single name and index loan-only CDS transactions for Dex Media West, Inc. and SuperMedia Inc..
