Below is a video recording of the Oral Argument held before the External Review panel for the Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. Failure to Pay question on February 5, 2015 in New York City. The Oral Argument was videoed at the suggestion of one of the External Review panel members so that interested parties could see the arguments made and discussions held during the Oral Argument. Please note that the recording was made using a single static camera and microphones worn by speakers, so only the Advocates appear on the video, but both the Advocates and the External Reviewers can be heard on the audio.
