Brazil\'s resin and chemicals producer Braskem announced that the company has filed for an out-of-court mediation process and a request for a preliminary precautionary injunction for debt negotiation with its creditors and investors, which was accepted by the 2nd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of the Judicial District of the Capial of the State of São paulo on 26th June.
