ANZ DC Meeting Statements

Initial Review Periods, Further Review Periods and Voting Deadlines for Purposes of DC Meeting Statements – Australia-New Zealand DC

On August 17, 2012, the DC Rules were amended to allow for statements to be published following DC meetings, describing the issue(s) considered during the meeting, the resolution of those issue(s) (if any) and the next steps of the relevant DC (“DC Meeting Statements”).  On August 8, 2012 the ANZ DC agreed to the following Initial Review Period, Further Review Period and Voting Deadline for purposes of such DC Meeting Statements:

Initial Review Period: 11:00 a.m. on the relevant day to 9:00 a.m. on the next Relevant City Business Day

Further Review Periods: 11:00 a.m. on the relevant day to 9:00 a.m. on the next Relevant City Business Day

All times are London time.

 

Voting Deadlines: Time vote request sent to DC members	Deadline for email votes
Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on a Relevant City Business Day	9:00 a.m. on the next Relevant City Business Day
