Event Publicly Available Information:
On 1 September 2015, Hana Bank merged with and into Korea Exchange Bank. On the same date, Korea Exchange Bank changed its name to KEB Hana Bank and assumed all the assets, liabilities, rights and obligations of Hana Bank. Hana Bank ceased to exist after the merger.
