The Americas DC is aware of Mr. Cooper Group Inc.’s (Mr. Cooper) disclosure (see Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ending June 30, 2025, available here (the Form 10-Q)) relating to the following obligations:
The Americas DC notes that Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Mr. Cooper. However, the Americas DC has not been able to obtain detailed information regarding these obligations sufficient to conclude whether such obligations constituted Relevant Obligations of the Reference Entity as of the relevant Succession Date (October 1, 2025).
