Event Publicly Available Information:

NFE\'s press release mentions entry into a forbearance pact which delays payment of the interest that was due on the NFE FIN 12.00 2029 ( US62909BAA52) until December 15th.  The 10Q notes the forbearance pact was effectuated by agreement with over 70% of noteholders to not accelerate, but does not mention an amendment to the indenture, which would require 100% of bondholders, was effectuated.

Furthermore, the 8-K dated November 20th mentions that amendments to the letters of credit restrict payment of the interest that was due on November 17th.  The note\'s indenture has three days grace, which expired on Nov 20th.  The payment was not made, so there was a failure to pay.
