Westfield Group has recently received approval from is security holders to proceed with a demerger of its Australian and New Zealand assets and a restructure of the corporate entity. Associated company, Westfield Retail Trust has also been involved, acquiring these assets and the management rights to its own centres that Westfield Group previouslyhad responsibility for.
We are seeking a determination / conformation around whether a succession event has occured.
