On April 9, 2012, ISDA’s Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee for the Americas resolved that a Failure to Pay Credit Event occurred in respect of Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company, LLC on April 4, 2012. On April 11, 2012, Markit Group Limited announced that the Markit LCDX dealers voted to hold an auction for single name and index loan-only CDS transactions referencing Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company, LLC.
