On July 10, 2013, ISDA’s Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee for the Americas resolved that a Bankruptcy Credit Event occurred in respect of Cengage Learning Acquisitions, Inc. on July 9, 2013. On July 11, 2013, Markit Group Limited announced that the Markit LCDX dealers voted to hold an auction for single name and index loan-only CDS transactions referencing Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company, LLC.
